Mission Statement:  California Garden Clubs, Inc. promotes gardening, floral design, civic beautification, environmental responsibility, and the exchange of information and ideas.

VALLEY LODE DISTRICT includes Garden Clubs and Affiliates in the counties of Alpine, Amador, Calaveras, Mono, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, and Tuolumne.  With 19 Garden Clubs and 1649 members,  the Valley Lode District includes 3 Youth Clubs and 15 Youth Projects.

Three times per year the Garden Clubs comprising the Valley Lode District meet together to share best ideas and information in a social network to support and strengthen each other.

Valley Lode District Objectives:  “…to further the goals of California Garden Clubs, Inc. by interpreting the same goals to the individual clubs associated in the District and to give all possible assistance to member clubs”.
